本科目引導學生發展批判性思考能力、提升口語溝通能力及協商策略應用。

本科目以系統化的訓練教授傾聽、發表和協商的策略和技巧,同時教授如何收集資料、組織資料、呈現資料的溝通與協商技巧,過程中批判性思考能力的培養是關鍵。

Course Description: This course is designed to
1. provide systematic training in communication and negotiation, including searching for information, organizing ideas, orally communicating and negotiating ideas, writing speech outlines, and delivering speeches;
2. cultivate students’ critical thinking, logical thinking and presentation skills.

◎課程要求:
This course is offered to the sophomores in the teaching group (even-numbered students 雙號). If you are not one of them and you want to take this course, you have to contact me before the first-class meeting and get my permission. Do not just sit in the classroom for the first-class meeting. Since this is a small-sized class, you might not be permitted to take this course. Therefore, you really need to know whether you are permitted before coming to the classroom.

The other requirements are announced in class.

期中考20% : oral on selling an object
期末考28% : oral
書面報告5% : midterm manuscript
