◎本學科內容概述：
本課程主要目的在使學生認識微生物對地球生態系統運作的角色，如光合作用、腐化分解、循環再利用、以及微生物與其他有機體及環境間相互發展出的複雜交互作用等，是人類長期而廣泛的利用微生物的研究來改進重要的產業製造、農藝、醫療、能源和環保等技術的基礎。本課程介紹包括細菌、單細胞藻類、原生動物類、真菌、寄生蟲和病毒等微生物。授課內容包括微生物的結構功能、遺傳基礎、免疫、生化、流病與生態學等領域的知識。 |
