◎本學科內容概述：
本課程介紹及訓練由罹病動物身上採取血、尿、糞及其他檢驗材料，於實驗室施行物理學、化學及微生物學以及免疫學等各種檢查，以其結果為客觀資料，作為診斷病名、判定治療之良否及推測預後的依據。 |
◎本學科教學內容大綱：
1. 血漿蛋白質、脂質及碳水化合物之評估。
2. 臨床酵素學之實驗室診斷。
3. 講解肝膽道系統基本概念。
4. 肝膽功能試驗及診斷。
5. 肌肉疾病之實驗室診斷。
6. 尿液檢查法。
7. 腎功能試驗法。
8. 消化系統疾病之實驗室診斷。
9. 內分泌腺疾病之實驗室診斷。
10. 體液、電解質異常之實驗室診斷。
11. 酸鹼不平衡之實驗室診斷。
12. 體腔滲液、陰道分泌液及固形組織等細胞學之檢查。 |
