◎本學科內容概述：
課程內容主要是介紹生物化學分子之結構、性質、及這些化合物所涉及的生物化學反應，使學生能了解生物化學的本質及其與日常生活之相關性，除此之外並建立學生日後學習專業科目之基礎。課程開始與普通化學和有機化學銜接，先建立學生對分子結構、鍵結、及酸鹼之認識，再依序介紹水的特質、DNA的構造、胺基酸的特性、胜?鏈的構造和演化、多糖類化學、膜的構造、糖解作用和五碳糖磷酸途徑等。 |
