◎本學科內容概述：
本課程是以基礎的投資理論與實務為主要的授課內容，以使學員對於投資商品，諸如股票、債券、衍生性金融商品、．．．等，能有基本的了解，並建立正確的投資概念。為了能對證券市場的實務層面有所了解，本課程分別介紹台灣的證券市場與國際證券市場概況，以對證券市場的結構及相關措施有所認知。
為了了解證券價格的決定，以利投資決策的進行，本課程分別對股票與債券的評價進行說明；在股價評價的部分，除了理論模型的介紹外，本課程並說明相關的股價分析，由事件分析與技術分析的觀點，說明股價的決定。而在債券分析的部分，除了說明債券評價外，也說明債券投資組合管理的內涵，以建立投資人投資債券時的正確觀念。
最後，則對衍生性金融商品作一簡單的介紹，說明期貨與選擇權的性質及功能，建立學員對於衍生性金融商品的基本概念。 |

◎本學科學習目標：
This course aims to provide an overview of fundamental investment concepts. You are expected to acquire a working knowledge of the financial instruments available to investors and how markets for these instruments operate. In addition, you are expected to understand portfolio theories and how securities should be priced in well-developed security markets. Further, by studying theoretical and practical applications, you will obtain skills essential for successful investment management. |
