◎本學科學習目標：
Aside from focusing on profit maximization, business and corporations nowadays are required to produce sustainable growth while balancing the interests for social, economic, and environmental sustainability. This course will provide students a structural way to understand responsible business. Students will acquire the knowledge about developing the mindset to build a responsive and innovative business with opportunities for sustainable development. At the end of this course, students will have deepened understanding on the expected roles of business in the society, environment, and economy. |

2. There will be traveling for corporate visit either in Taiwan or in foreign country in which the students are responsible for all the relevant costs. Please think carefully before registering for this class.
3. Students are required to form teams and prepare a group project.
4. There will be cases with required readings assigned for discussion.
5. Class participation is evaluated according to your performance in the class. Attendance is NOT participation, i.e., mere attending class will NOT earn you any point in participation.
6. Using mobile phone in the classroom is prohibited unless instructed. |
