◎本學科學習目標: 本科目旨在協助同學建立對企業的內涵的認識、特別是企業內部各種職能活動以及企業外部營運環境,與企業組織的行為進行介紹,為學生在企業管理領域更進一步的學習提供基礎知識。
This course aims at introducing the fundamental business functions to entry-level business-major students. The purpose is to prepare students for more specialized contents about business administration in the future. The students who successfully fulfill this course are expected to have basic understanding about production, marketing, human resource management, and financial management in corporate setting, and should show good command of using terminology to express and present business cases. |
