◎本學科學習目標: In addition to race, gender and class, ethnicity has become an important issue in cultural studies, literary production and identity construction. Guided reading of selected works by writers of various ethnic groups of America writers, will help students cultivate higher cultural literacy and understand the link between diaspora experiences and identity construction. |

◎成績考核 期中考50% 期末考50% 補充說明:Sit-in midterm and final exams are optional. Students are allowed to choose to write term paper. The evaluation for students choosing to write term paper is 30% for presentation in the 17th week and 70% for the term paper due in the 18th week. |
