◎系所教育目標: 嘉義大學管理學院基於資源整合之觀念,整合本院全院師資、設備及經驗,辦理「管理學院碩士在職專班」,希望兼納院內各系所具博士學位之助理教授以上師資,共同發揮較大的整合效益,為企業提供經營管理人才;管理學院碩士在職專班因應企業競爭條件之變遷,為國內各級企業培育專業之中高階管理人才,使其足以擔當企業轉型升級的重任;因此,在發展方向與課程的設計上,奠基學生於五管方面之理論基礎,加強專業管理領域能力之外,特別強調提昇學生解決企業實際問題的能力。 |

◎本學科學習目標: The travel industry embraces a wide range of organizations, including travel agents, tour operators, airlines, NTOs, theme parks, hotels, restaurants, convention centers, and related services. Upon successful completion of this course, the students should be able to develop a working knowledge of how a travel agency is managed and operated. Graduates should be able to plan, develop, execute and evaluate professionally in the tourism industry or related fields. |
