◎系所教育目標:
配合國家產業發展需要,本系以培育優質電機科技人才為目的。在教學上並重理論及實作的探討,以期待培育出具有深厚電資基礎並能實際應用的科技人才,在專業必修中涵蓋所有電機系所需之基礎理論;在專業選修中分電子與系統設計、通訊與訊號處理、計算機與控制系統三學程之課程地圖規劃;並有畢業專題製作,使學生有紮實基礎,作為日後的升學就業準備。在整合專業與智能心性下完成學生具「經業以恆、思辨以弘、勵志以高、經世以遠」之教育目標。

◎本學科學習目標:
綠色電能系統是一門涵蓋節能功率轉換器系統、綠能系統電磁干擾防治、太陽能、風力發電、燃料電池等之總合性學科,主要係以發展再生能源基礎並針對高功率電能轉換技術之應用,進行各式能源轉換及控制技術介紹之學科,以符合現今各種負載需求,並且實現節能減碳之目的。本學科之教學目標係以培育再生能源電能轉換技術之科技人才為目的,奠定學生堅實的專業學科素養,培養學生具備發掘、分析與解決問題之能力,使學生擁有紮實的基礎,作為日後繼續深造或職場就業的準備。
