◎本學科學習目標:
The goal of this class is to introduce the concepts of genomic science. I hope the contents of this class can help students to further understand advanced biology and facilitate researches in agricultural sciences. In addition, due to advanced technology development, both next generation sequencing (NGS) and data analysis (e.g bioinformatics) becomes very important tools not only in medical researches, but also in both biological and agricultural sciences. Basic NGS technology and informatics tools will also be discussed in this class.
