With the solid basis of academic research, the developing direction of our department lies mainly on optoelectronics science and solid-state electronic; cooperate enthusiastically with the industrial circles, and thus carry on forward-looking research and technological development.
The research team of our department could be divided into two major parts which are respectively:
1.Optoelectronics Science: solar cells, liquid crystal optics, nonlinear optics, optical films, optical design, optical components, fiber optics, laser physics,.
2.Solid-state physics: quantum components, surface and interface physics, magnetic thin film, nano physics, spin electronics, semiconductor film, semiconductor nanometer process or component simulation, TFT manufacturing process or design.
