Study the recent 5 year’s articles regarding transgenic techniques employed in reproduction of mouse, cattle, pig, goat, bird (chicken included), fish, and insect. Topics will be particularly focused on following:
1. Novel techniques are used for generating transgenic animals
2. Cloning techniques for generating transgenic animals for some particularly purposes
3. Stem cell or ips stem cell techniques for generating transgenic animals
4. Modified reproductive techniques (e.g. hormone treatment…) for better generation of transgenic animals
5. Transgenic techniques used to study the fertility and sterility of animal
